Your Oral Health Pro + CancerDetect Test kit will be prescribed and ordered by your dental professional. This will generate an email to you, the patient.
STEP 1
Follow the instructions in the email for completing the order by following the provided link, and completing the payment process.
Once completed, your test kit will be sent to your home address.
STEP 2
Register Your Kit
Follow along for detailed instructions to register your kit, and complete registration.
STEP 3
Collect Saliva Sample
Follow along for easy-to-follow instructions to prepare and collect your saliva sample.
STEP 4
Send Your Sample
Follow along for detailed instructions to mail your sample to our lab.
STEP 5
Complete Your Questionnaires
Make sure your Questionnaires in your app are fully completed after sending in your sample.
STEP 6
Your Report
When your report is ready, you will be notified, and the results will be reviewed by your Dental Professional in a follow-up appointment. In some cases, your Dental Professional may reach out to you directly to have a conversation via phone call.
